The VAECE Annual Conference features 3 non-stop days of professional development. Sessions run from 8-4 each day. Click on the sections below to see the 2010 Conference Program and the types of sessions we offer.

Keynote Speakers
Each day of the conference will feature a keynote address by a leading speaker in early childhood issues. Make sure you make time to attend the Thursday Motivational Luncheon, Friday Banquet, Saturday Closing Session. We will announce speakers in the fall of 2010.

Rally for Children
The annual Rally for Children will once again be held at the 2011 Conference. This is your time to learn about early childhood public policy and advocacy.

Music and Dancing!
Traditionally, the conference will host a reception with a live band & classic rock music, dancing, and good times! This will be your time to shake things up!

Model Classroom
Each year, the VAECE Annual Conference partners with a leading supplier of classroom equipment or playground equipment and materials. In 2010, MaxPlayFit, a Lynchburg, VA-based playground company welcomed attendees to see new ideas and best practices in playground items.

VAECE Lounge
Your place to meet up with friends, participate in meaningful discussions, and meet with exhibitors one-on-one! Located in the Exhibit Hall, this space will feature cafe tables and chairs - a place to talk, relax, and meet up with friends. There will be something different each day!
